In case of an email sent to the contact address of the Website, the email address used, as well as the surnames, first names, titles, functions, postal addresses, telephone numbers, social network contact details, employer’s name, if any, mentioned in the email sent, as well as the IP address used by the sending server, its date and time of sending and the identity of the email service used, are subject to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Company, the purpose of which is to respond to the requests we receive from you. This data is kept for 3 years from the last contact from you and is located in the European Union or is subject to a transfer to the territory of Canada and/or the Swiss Confederation covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses validated by the European Commission. The recipients of the data are the service providers PlanetHoster and ProtonMail acting as subcontractors as well as the internal departments concerned of the Company.

Personal data transmitted to the Company using its social network accounts are subject to the general terms of use of the social networks in question as well as to their personal data protection policy. However, the social network account used to contact the Company, as well as the emails, surnames, first names, titles, functions, postal addresses, telephone numbers, employer’s names that may be mentioned in the contact request or message, are subject to the processing of personal data based on the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests we receive from you. This data is stored and located in accordance with the personal data protection policies of the social networks in question.
